Vice President
Charlie is a Vice President at CMD Global Partners and based in Chicago, where he has played a pivotal role since joining the firm in 2021. Charlie leads execution of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory engagements for clients across various industry verticals, such as business services, industrial manufacturing and technology, media and telecom.
Charlie has played significant roles in multiple complex transactions, including restructurings, SPACs, assets sales, joint ventures and public company carve-outs.
Previously, Charlie was a senior credit analyst at Wells Fargo N.A. where he assisted in new generation loan packages for corporate banking clients.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Finance from Creighton University. During his time at Creighton, he played Division 1 golf for the Bluejays and captained the team his Senior year while becoming a 3x Academic-Athletic award winner.
