Managing Director
Stella is a Managing Director at CMD Global Partners with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, business valuation and financial due diligence across a wide range of industries. She has advised clients throughout North America, Asia and Europe, serving a diverse client base that includes Chinese state-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, private equity portfolio companies and privately held businesses.
She is also the co-founder of Centauri Capital Partners, LLC, a cross-border M&A advisory firm and business brokerage. Through Centauri, Stella supports Asian investors in expanding internationally through acquisitions and strategic investments, while helping U.S. middle-market companies pursue global growth opportunities. Earlier in her career, she held roles at KPMG Corporate Finance and CNA Financial Corporation, where she advised clients on capital planning, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.
Stella earned her MBA and MA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with concentrations in Finance and Economics, and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from Renmin University of China. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential.
